Please check your processed laundry before leaving our store or upon delivery as we can't accept any claims for damage or loss afterward.
We will do our best to remove the stain/s safely, nevertheless, stain removal is not always guaranteed and processing charges will still be applicable in any case.
Please check the pockets of your garments, as we will not take accountability for loss.
A compensation of 5 times the processing charges of the related laundry item will be applied in case of damage or loss.
Processed Laundry that are not being collected within 90 days will be disposed of.
Returns or compensation will be credited to your account as Store Credit, no cash refunds or cash compensations.
100 AED will be the minimum order value for a free pick up and/or delivery service eligibility. For orders less than 50 AED, pickup and delivery surcharge of 25 AED will apply. For orders less than 100 AED, pickup and delivery surcharge of 25 AED will apply.
Laundry and dry cleaning are not responsible for shrinkage, fastness of color, or other damages resulting from the cleaning process, and no liability for unclaimed items after one month from the date of invoice.
Customer must confirm item count at every collection and delivery to avoid any misapprehension.
Normal delivery time is 36 to 48 hours. Delays may occur due to emergencies.
Claims for any damage or misplaced items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the bill reference.
Prices for delicate items such as embroidered clothes, silk, leather, and other special materials will be decided before processing with clear customer approval; otherwise, charges will be included in the bill.
100% extra charge will apply for same-day delivery.
